What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers.
- Answer questions related to auctions, registration, shipping, and payments.
- Provide customer support by phone, email, and chat.
- Handle incoming calls and ensure accurate, relevant information is shared.
- Monitor new hires to help maintain service quality.
- Reinforce disciplined and positive workplace behavior.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in a similar environment or role.
- Good understanding of English language and usage.
- Good learning, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Training in email and chat etiquette.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
