What you will do
- Make outbound calls to financial institutions using a designated tool.
- Collect required information and update it accurately in the tool.
- Process transactions within the assigned shift.
- Take ownership of assigned work and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Handle sensitive information with focus, patience, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate qualification.
- 1–3 years of international voice experience with US or UK processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong logical ability, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time constraints.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timing.
