Assistant Auto Insurance Product Manager (Commercial Auto)

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to improve commercial auto insurance products, processes, and customer experiences using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Gather business requirements and translate complex problems into clear product solutions.
• Research, develop, and prioritize product enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, track business outcomes, and identify future opportunities.
• Support launches, process improvements, stakeholder communications, training, and leadership presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance, product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in the auto insurance industry is required; commercial auto experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience identifying and tracking KPIs and measuring product performance and business impact.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, R, SAS, SQL, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
