Salary: USD $146,000–$189,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into an actionable vision, roadmap, and iterative delivery plans.
• Own end-to-end value delivery and outcomes across an agile program.
• Advocate for internal and external customers by gathering needs, optimizing feedback mechanisms, and incorporating insights into product direction.
• Lead market, competitive, data collection, and analysis efforts to guide product priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners while fostering collaboration and empowered decision-making.
• Manage program-level backlogs, dependencies, prioritization, value demonstrations, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and experience with regulated products.
• Strong product strategy, vision development, customer engagement, market research, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, tooling, requirements writing, and software development lifecycles.
• Advanced data collection, analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, 2+ years in an insurance line-of-business role, and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• College degree preferred.
