Accounts Receivable Analyst (PropTech)

Location: Cape Town, South Africa office; hybrid model with 3 days working from home per week

What you will do

• Manage the full collection function and all money owed to the business.
• Maintain close relationships with clients to support smooth account management.
• Encourage timely recovery of outstanding payments.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and account status.
• Work against collection targets and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3–5 years of proven debt collection or related experience.
• Experience working with targets and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
