Finance Transformation Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the office at Hudson Yards in New York City or Stamford, Connecticut, with two days working from home. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $132,420–$217,545 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute Finance transformation strategies, roadmaps, implementation plans, governance structures, and value realization plans.
• Lead large-scale transformation across Finance processes, operating models, systems, data, controls, and organizational capabilities.
• Advance the Finance AI strategy by identifying and scaling Generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and agentic AI use cases.
• Embed AI into FP&A, forecasting, reporting, expense management, financial close, workforce planning, and decision support while establishing responsible adoption and monitoring frameworks.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams on ERP modernization, Oracle Planning/EPM, reporting platforms, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and automation solutions.
• Advise Finance executives and lead stakeholder engagement, executive workshops, change management, communications, training, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, consulting, transformation, strategy, technology enablement, or program management, including 5+ years leading large-scale Finance transformation or enterprise change programs.
• Experience leading AI, Generative AI, automation, digital transformation, or advanced analytics initiatives within Finance or related business functions.
• Strong understanding of Finance operating models, planning, forecasting, reporting, expense management, and performance management processes.
• Experience creating transformation roadmaps, business cases, benefits realization plans, and executive-level presentations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, risk, and operations.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CFA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SAFe, or another relevant advanced degree or certification.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, risk management, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with Oracle Planning, Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, SAP, Workday, Anaplan, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or agent-based AI solutions.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, data governance, privacy, information security, and adoption frameworks.
• Management consulting or enterprise transformation practice experience.
