What you will do

• Own product education strategy from planning through final production.
• Script, record, present, and edit product education videos independently.
• Produce YouTube tutorials and product demos as the primary on-camera representative.
• Develop hirify.global University into a comprehensive learning hub for users.
• Teach new product features as they are released.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social while bringing user feedback into the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presentation experience, with examples such as a reel, YouTube channel, tutorial, or recorded talk.
• Ability to turn raw footage into polished finished videos independently.
• Ability to explain complex product concepts clearly to both first-time and advanced users.
• Fluency in the creator and content ecosystem, including how content is produced and published.
• Native English proficiency required.
• Experience developing content strategy and connecting it to growth, plus confident knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment.
