Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior - Data, Modeling & Analytics (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide financial, regulatory, business performance, risk, and operational analytics.
• Design and develop data pipelines, analytical methods, predictive models, dashboards, APIs, and reporting suites.
• Analyze large datasets to improve lending decisions, risk-adjusted returns, portfolio performance, and profitable growth.
• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using predictive models and third-party data.
• Design, test, and monitor analytical reporting and portfolio strategies with business, credit, data, and model development partners.
• Assess credit risk appetite and help establish policies and procedures for risk identification, monitoring, and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Hadoop, Spark/PySpark, complex SQL, data quality validation, and distributed or cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with dashboards and analytical views using Tableau, Power BI, or Elastic Stack.
• Experience with business rules engines, APIs, Swagger, Kafka schemas, JSON Schema, XML, XSD, Postman, or SoapUI.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and deployment validation tools.
