What you will do
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and BI developers to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
- Develop requirements for dynamic reports, dashboards, data models, and centralized data solutions.
- Analyze activity and performance trends using charts, graphs, pivot tables, and other data visualizations.
- Perform quantitative analysis, data wrangling, data storytelling, validation, and ad hoc reporting.
- Develop KPIs, success criteria, dashboard requirements, proof-of-concept solutions, and alert triggers.
- Maintain documentation and support data governance and security best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, business, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in quantitative analysis in a fast-paced or diverse product environment.
- Experience with BI development and best practices across BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, or Looker.
- Proficiency in data-focused coding languages including Python, SQL, and Jinja.
- Ability to interpret ambiguity, make decisions, and provide recommendations with minimal direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting analysis to technical and non-technical leadership.

- Experience in banking, payment processing, or risk management.
