Business Operations Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role requiring two days per week in the Bay Area office, effective October 2026; Oakland, California.

Salary: $128,000–$135,000 annually.

hirify.global is an end-to-end investment platform for single-family rental homes that combines real estate investing with technology, financial and asset management software, tenant services, and property management solutions.

What you will do

• Translate company and functional financial plans into operational targets, success metrics, and execution plans.
• Support annual and quarterly planning by connecting strategy, budgets, and operational delivery.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through rollout, measurement, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on initiative discovery, rollout planning, and impact analysis.
• Develop and report KPIs, monitor plan-to-actual performance, and surface risks and opportunities.
• Establish operating cadences, documentation, accountability mechanisms, and scalable process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or a similar analytical and execution-focused role.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable plans and influence without direct authority.
• Comfort working with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.
