Manager, Strategy & Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL / Chicagoland area; candidates from other markets may be considered for fully remote work if they have proven success working remotely.

Base annual salary: $118,830–$162,636 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze data and business processes to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Evaluate marketing channel performance, client retention, and lifetime customer value.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Redefine and challenge company and business-unit KPIs.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams on testing and experimental design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or another analytical field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Experience in strategy consulting, financial services, or startup environments.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentations.
• Ability to deliver results, learn quickly, and solve open-ended problems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau.
