What you will do

• Research, design, and develop systems for backtesting and data analysis.
• Build Python applications and tactical analytics tools for trading decisions.
• Develop strategy monitoring and diagnostic capabilities, including ad-hoc tools and systematic data solutions.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and datasets supporting research and trading.
• Improve trading workflows, optimize performance, and refine systems based on desk feedback and evolving strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building Python applications or data systems.
• Strong Python skills with Pandas, NumPy, and data-processing libraries.
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or similar backend frameworks.
• Experience with data pipelines, structured and unstructured datasets, APIs, real-time data feeds, SQL, and database systems.
• Experience using AI tools to improve code quality, performance, and developer productivity.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and real-time or event-driven systems.
