Location: Queens, NY, United States; onsite field service role with frequent local travel, adjacent-area backup support, and weekend on-call rotations.
Salary: $38–$50 USD per hour. A separate base compensation range of $27.58–$51.22 is also listed.

What you will do
- Perform onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of electro-mechanical and automation solutions.
- Communicate with nursing and pharmacy staff, including manager- and director-level stakeholders.
- Document service events, meet response-time and service-level requirements, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Escalate product bugs, malfunctions, and design issues through support channels.
- Manage parts inventory and the return materials process.
- Provide coaching and mentoring at Level II and support staff meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Coursework in network engineering, robotics, electronics, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a hospital environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to approximately 5 ft. high and maintain a home work area with space for trunk stock inventory.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day as needed, plus weekend on-call rotations.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, personal vehicle in acceptable condition, and eligibility under 's insurance requirements.
- For Level II: relevant experience, equivalent engineering or trade training, or up to seven years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.

- Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical devices and quality management systems.
