Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance

What you will do

• Analyze business unit P&L variances and prepare explanations.
• Drive long-range financial planning and align teams with strategic targets.
• Lead financial analysis for new category expansion, including pro-forma modeling for investment decisions.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Develop and implement reporting tools to support growing business demands.
• Identify process-efficiency opportunities and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
• 1–3+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in a large corporation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, multitask, and maintain accuracy and quality.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with employees at all levels.

Nice to have

• Previous SAP or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience.
• Experience leading or managing projects.
• Experience in a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units.
