Salesforce Platform Owner

Location: New York office; onsite

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 per year, plus employee benefits and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own the global Salesforce program across CRM, integrations, data, and release workstreams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage the implementation vendor AlphaFMC, maintaining accountability for milestones, quality, and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, integrations, architecture, CI/CD, environments, and release management.
• Coordinate Salesforce integrations with Addepar, core systems, and external data platforms, including data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Lead governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, design reviews, SIT, UAT, and production-readiness activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs in financial services.
• End-to-end Salesforce implementation leadership experience, ideally in wealth or asset management.
• Strong technical knowledge of Apex development, Salesforce architecture, integrations, data modelling, and multi-environment deployments.
• Experience managing third-party delivery partners and leading cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
• Deep understanding of wealth management workflows, data structures, and platform ecosystems.
• Strong program governance, release management, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Salesforce with portfolio accounting platforms such as Addepar.
• Experience working with complex wealth management or asset management programs.
