Product Development & Production Coordinator

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Coordinate internal requests for counter-development and new samples, including routing samples and color standards to overseas vendors.
• Track development samples, lab dips, trims, fabrics, washes, approvals, comments, and shipping details in sample-tracking tools.
• Assist with buy sheets, turbo tech-packs, and Bills of Materials in the PLM system.
• Coordinate proto samples for fittings and prepare samples for presentation meetings by hanging, tagging, steaming, and photographing them.
• Maintain product information and data integrity in PLM while collaborating with Design and Production.
• Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers and review packing lists for unit-volume accuracy.

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization, time management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, pivot in a dynamic environment, make independent decisions, and collaborate with a team.
• AA degree in Fashion is highly desired.
• Garment and fabric construction experience is an advantage; additional languages are also an advantage.
