Special Projects Coordinator (Footwear)

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn; 100% on-site

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do

• Support SMU footwear product initiatives and business development strategies with collaborative partners.
• Manage purchase order processes and ensure orders are entered accurately into order management systems.
• Maintain SMU master product trackers, work-in-progress files, product drives, timelines, and sample inventory.
• Build cost sheets and upload SKU data and product information into the PLM system.
• Coordinate with partners to collect product style information and with Logistics and Operations to route and inbound products.
• Communicate actionable items across Merchandising, Design, Production, Product Development, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and learning ability.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of product development and purchase order processes.
• Experience working with PLM systems.
