Director, Technology Consulting and Delivery (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA; regular work from the hirify.global office and client sites is expected

What you will do

• Lead delivery across four to five concurrent technology teams and client engagements.
• Own selected technology accounts, act as a trusted client partner, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across digital product development, software engineering, architecture, and modern delivery practices.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to digital products and delivery.
• Develop delivery plans, staffing approaches, governance, budgets, and performance measures.
• Coach delivery and engineering leaders while supporting proposals, statements of work, estimates, and scalable practice capabilities.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting, software delivery, engineering, or digital product development.
• Consulting or professional services experience is required.
• Proven success leading multiple technology teams and complex client engagements independently.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to review code or technical solutions and guide architecture and delivery decisions.
• Experience with account leadership, senior client relationships, proposals, statements of work, estimates, staffing, budgets, risks, and delivery performance.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, negotiation, stakeholder management, and escalation-resolution skills.
