Focus on designing AI-assisted health checks, analyzing root causes of platform errors, building pragmatic Python or Apps Script utilities, and translating findings into technical requirements.

Location: Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid environment

What you will do

Design and implement automated health checks across Salesforce, Coveo, Viamedici, and related eCommerce platforms.
Monitor product data and digital asset flows across PIM, DAM, Commerce, and headless architecture components.
Identify operational friction, compare build, buy, and AI-assisted solutions, and present ROI-based options to leadership.
Enhance internal utilities and automation scripts using feedback from Merchandising teams.
Analyze support-ticket patterns, identify systemic integration issues, and translate findings into requirements for Digital Product Management.
Maintain the SOP library, provide second-level troubleshooting, and mentor the eCommerce Operations Analyst.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations or technical analysis within an integrated enterprise environment.
Experience monitoring data flows between PIM, DAM, Commerce, and other enterprise platforms.
Functional proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript, with experience building practical automation utilities.
Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering for documentation, log troubleshooting, and script generation.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with consistent professional core hours.
