Credit Operations Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor sales involving third-party leasing companies, loan-financing institutions, customers, and sales teams.
• Track leasing and ISO account activity and produce monthly analyses and spreadsheets.
• Review credit applications, establish or reactivate accounts, assign credit terms, and support credit-limit decisions for high-dollar accounts.
• Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze data, build models, and streamline reporting.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and identifiers, resolve discrepancies, and support sales-reporting accuracy.
• Improve workflows, support regulatory compliance, mentor analysts, and handle escalated issues in the manager’s absence.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and credit operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel with pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
• Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, organization, and independent-working skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including professional telephone and business correspondence skills.
• Ability to work with customer, sales, collections, Regulatory Affairs, and analytics stakeholders.
