Transformation Director - Integrated Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, US; hybrid work arrangement with up to 25% domestic and international travel

Compensation range: $172,900–$257,000 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Translate commercial and portfolio strategies into integrated supply chain execution plans covering capacity, footprint, make-versus-buy, ihirify.globalory, and margins.
• Build and lead multi-year transformation roadmaps across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.
• Design global value stream networks and optimize footprint, flow, speed, cost, resilience, and scalability.
• Lead global capacity strategy and capital planning, translating demand signals into investment and deployment roadmaps.
• Own supply chain strategy and execution for new product and new technology introductions, ensuring readiness, scalability, and quality.
• Govern cross-functional execution across Manufacturing, Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, manufacturing, and/or operations.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain strategy, global network design, capacity planning, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in NPI/NTI within complex manufacturing environments, Lean, value stream optimization, and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen, systems thinking, execution orientation, and ability to connect supply chain decisions to P&L outcomes.
• Strong influence, collaboration, customer focus, and ability to lead large programs in a matrixed environment.

• Plant manager, plant leadership, or multi-site operations experience.
