Manager Security Assurance

Location: Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: 39,583 - 45,000 PLN gross monthly (Contract of Employment, UoP)

Overview

Manage and grow the Security Assurance team to execute Asana’s security roadmap, ensuring user and corporate safety through technical controls and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead and coach the Security Assurance team
• Develop and execute security assurance programs including testing and reviews
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set team strategy
• Build scalable security processes
• Recruit and evolve the team structure
• Align cross-team roadmaps to enhance security posture

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Warsaw, Poland
• 4+ years technical management and leadership experience
• Application or Product Security expertise
• Threat modeling experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
