What you will do

• Act as the primary quality owner within the team, driving a quality-first mindset across all development activities.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing of AI-enabled product features and validate end-to-end workflows across SaaS components.
• Collaborate on backlog refinement and requirements clarification to ensure user stories are high-quality and testable.
• Engage in customer discussions to understand real-world needs and validate the effectiveness of delivered solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects while executing regression testing to ensure overall system stability.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI testing practices and support the development of lightweight test automation.

Requirements

• Proven background in manual testing of web-based applications with a focus on high-quality results.
• Practical experience in exploratory and regression testing, including defect lifecycle management.
• Capability to analyze and validate complex end-to-end workflows across multiple interconnected systems.
• Solid experience working in Agile environments with a strong understanding of delivery practices.
• English: Proficiency required for daily communication in an international environment.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of testing activities within a small, self-organizing team.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SaaS environments or multi-tenant architectures.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Interest in or experience with AI-driven product functionalities.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts or tools.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
