Financial Analyst

Location: Remote, San Jose, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Own operational workstreams supporting financial renewals, account assignment, renewal health monitoring, and process documentation.
• Improve renewal reporting and strengthen the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Support monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting and planning in line with Corporate FP&A timelines.
• Analyze performance against plans and forecasts, identify trends and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to management, executives, the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with Renewals leadership, Sales, integration teams, and cross-company finance and operations teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Experience managing operating expenses and budgets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and business-focused visualizations.
• Ability to interpret disparate data, provide conclusions and recommendations, and manage tight deadlines accurately with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; strong organization, collaboration, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience in the enterprise software industry or management consulting.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase, Smart View, OBIEE, APEX, or Salesforce.
