What you will do

• Coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Develop proposal content for large and complex construction projects.
• Respond to requests for proposals and organize prequalification documents.
• Develop and maintain templates for rapid responses.
• Collaborate with executives, project managers, estimators, customers, and other internal and external business partners.

Requirements

• 0–3+ years of experience in prequalification, proposal development, or a related area.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
