Compliance Specialist (Life Sciences)

Location: Loughbeg, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, Ireland; onsite at a client facility

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for change controls and nonconformances, including shelf-life extensions, NPIs, terminations, equipment introductions, and specification updates.
• Interpret analytical data with scientific rigour and support high-quality technical results.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and communicate improvements to PSS Management.
• Present technical data to customers and stakeholders and support client interactions with regulatory authorities and industry groups.
• Collaborate across teams and sites while maintaining alignment with SOPs and official documentation.
• Review and approve accurate, compliant, organised, and properly filed records.

Requirements

• Third-level scientific qualification in a science or data-analytics discipline.
• Experience in a regulated environment; GMP exposure is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in change control and related quality workflows.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting technical data and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• COMET system familiarity is desirable but not essential.
