What you will do

• Perform routine and non-routine quality control analyses of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products.
• Complete test records accurately and on time in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Follow GMP and internal quality requirements while maintaining complete documentation and traceability.
• Identify quality and service improvements and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in root cause analysis, exception reporting, weekend rotas, overtime, and on-call schedules.
• Develop proficiency in assigned testing areas and train colleagues in techniques where competent.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of GMP experience.
• HPLC experience and exposure to biologics testing.
• Good understanding of GMP and strong documentation skills.
• Accurate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional, quality-conscious, proactive, flexible, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
