QC Coordinator

Location: hirify.global ISL, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, Ireland; onsite laboratory role, 39 hours per week.

What you will do

• Lead and support the QC team, coaching employees and ensuring they are trained to perform their duties.
• Represent the laboratory in routine customer interactions and align with client services.
• Build cross-functional relationships with operational planners and coordinators through daily and weekly meetings.
• Optimize testing sequences based on laboratory capacity, turnaround commitments, and customer demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture through safety audits and leadership visits.
• Own laboratory systems for new and existing equipment and represent the team in Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings.

Requirements

• Third-level qualification in science or pharmacy.
• At least four years of experience in a GMP analytical laboratory.
• Strong experience with analytical instrumentation and automated laboratory systems.
• Knowledge of current regulatory expectations.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
