’s QC Systems team supports Quality Control activities within the company’s quality system at the Dun Laoghaire site.
What you will do
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of QC investigations in DQMS.
- Author and review investigation documents and participate in investigation triage.
- Ensure investigations remain current, compliant, and result in robust CAPA to prevent recurrence.
- Own change controls linked to investigations and CAPAs when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve investigation management, with a focus on RFT and Lean.
- Support audits and inspections and represent QC at site and network level.
Requirements
- Third-level qualification in a science-related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting.
- Detailed knowledge of the Quality Control function and strong operational awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, technical writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and escalate issues when appropriate.
