Private Equity and Investment Funds Content Specialist

Location: Philadelphia; hybrid work environment

Hiring salary range: $140,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and edit the annual private equity market report, client alerts, articles, newsletters, promotional copy, and other thought leadership materials.
• Monitor private equity trends, regulatory developments, and case law to identify content and strategic business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys, practice group leadership, and business development colleagues on advisories, podcasts, proposals, pitches, and award nominations.
• Maintain accurate matter descriptions and develop detailed matter case studies for future business development efforts.
• Adapt content for websites, email, presentations, and social media while maintaining the firm’s style and client-friendly standards.
• Protect confidential firm and client information and ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with practice priorities.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience practicing law and/or writing about private equity legal matters.
• At least three years of experience writing client-facing thought leadership content.
• Advanced knowledge of the private equity industry and familiarity with PE research tools.
• Ability to write clear, concise content on trends, regulatory developments, and case law for attorney and non-attorney audiences.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, written and verbal communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• J.D. preferred; ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote, hybrid, and in-office environments.
