Content Team Lead - U.S. International Tax

Salary: $95,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Recommend, design, and manage cross-team projects supporting the research products roadmap and strategy.
• Lead a team creating and maintaining data-driven analysis, practice tools, and longform content across U.S. international tax topics.
• Form and manage project-based teams delivering recurring, technology-enhanced tools and content.
• Oversee tax content and thought leadership that improves practitioners’ workflows and learning.
• Collaborate across teams to develop, curate, and maintain content and analysis ideas.
• Engage with customers and industry events while partnering with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to generate feedback and content ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a J.D. or graduate degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience solving customer problems in legal, professional, and/or financial markets.
• 2+ years of experience successfully managing individual contributors working on large-scale projects.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage change and lead groups.
• Ability to build relationships, influence content direction, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines.
