Head of Franklin Crypto Capital Formation (Web3)

Location: New York, New York, United States of America

Annual salary: $250,000–$300,000, plus discretionary bonus

hirify.global is an asset manager offering institutional investment strategies, including crypto, hedge fund, venture, private credit, and public token and equity investments.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end capital raising across open-end and closed-end crypto funds, hedge funds, venture funds, private credit funds, and other alternative vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with cryptonative and traditional institutional investors, LPs, and global distribution teams.
• Prepare investor presentations, performance reports, newsletters, and communications about market and crypto/Web3 developments.
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, fundraising events, webinars, and educational programs.
• Own investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and ongoing servicing in partnership with Private Fund Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
• Develop scalable client-experience systems, playbooks, and feedback loops while ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations and/or Business Development, with training from a top-tier firm.
• Proven success raising capital across multiple fund structures and managing ongoing LP relationships.
• Established network and credibility with cryptonative LPs and traditional institutional allocators, including pensions, endowments, foundations, OCIOs, fund-of-funds, family offices, and crypto-native allocators.
• Demonstrated interest in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 and working knowledge of hedge fund and venture fund operations.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and experience in a collegial, fast-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Prior capital formation experience at a crypto firm.
• Experience raising capital across open-end, closed-end, hedge, and venture vehicles.
• Experience overseeing investor onboarding and subscription/redemption operations.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain them.
