TL;DR
Advanced Research Associate- Aseptic Processing (GMP/Aseptic Manufacturing): Supporting the development and sustained manufacture of life-science reagents and consumables with an accent on SOP execution, controlled experiments, process validation, and quality compliance. Focus on aseptic filling, media fills, RABS and laminar-flow hood operations, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and implementing process improvements.

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, United States; onsite work required during standard business hours

What you will do

  • Author, revise, and execute SOPs for manufacturing reagents and consumables.
  • Facilitate controlled experiments supporting new product development.
  • Perform equipment validation for GMP manufacturing processes.
  • Review manufacturing documentation, analyze data, and prepare reports using Good Documentation Practices.
  • Investigate non-conformances, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and lead process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, train new employees, and support compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a related master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience.
  • GMP laboratory experience, with knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aseptic filling; exposure to media fills and aseptic process qualification.
  • Ability to work in laminar flow hoods and RABS and perform moderately complex data analysis and calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work onsite in St. Paul during standard business hours.
