Certified Pharmacy Technician | Onsite - Chesterfield

Location: Onsite at 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, Missouri, United States. Monday–Friday shifts are scheduled between 10 AM and 8 PM CST, with rotating Saturday shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM CST.

What you will do

• Process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions according to established protocols, including complex entries.
• Act as a point of contact for providers and physicians through inbound and outbound calls.
• Accept warm-transferred provider calls and establish call context before taking ownership.
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and the Incident Coordinator team.
• Complete pharmacy technician duties safely and in compliance with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

Requirements

• At least six months of pharmacy technician or similar industry experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required before joining.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician licensure, or willingness to obtain approval before the start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support or service capacity.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, technical aptitude, and ability to learn complex software.
• Competence in basic pharmacy calculations.
