Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Remote from Brazil

What you will do

• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business metrics and executive decision-making.
• Develop data models with DAX and Power Query (M), following performance and scalability best practices.
• Assist with developing and automating ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, SSIS, or equivalent tools.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into clear analytical solutions with senior team members.
• Document and validate data sources, KPIs, and business logic to maintain data quality and reporting consistency.
• Identify improvements to reporting efficiency, dashboard usability, and data integrity.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Foundational proficiency with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL, including SQL Server or BigQuery.
• Direct exposure to or basic experience with ETL and data integration tools such as SSIS or Microsoft Fabric.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights with business teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
