Location: Porto, Portugal — hybrid; eligibility to work in Europe required

What you will do
- Analyze requirements and propose architecture solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Automate operational use cases with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Maintain and support existing automation solutions to ensure performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on scalable ETL pipelines and structured data flows.
- Apply data modeling and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and operational insights.
- Support local and cross-border initiatives and communicate results to stakeholders in Porto and Paris.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Power Platform development and BI engineering.
- Advanced proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Background in IT, data engineering, or software analysis.
- Knowledge of data modeling and analysis, software configuration, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Fluent English at B2 level or higher.
- Eligibility to work in Europe.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-300.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, SSAS, SSIS, and Azure.
- Experience with Python, REST API integrations, SharePoint Online, or Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- French language skills.
