What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end BI solutions independently.
• Design and implement complex data models using star schema and DAX measures.
• Perform data transformation and cleaning using Power Query (M).
• Optimize Power BI report performance and perform technical tuning.
• Manage data governance and security via Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts.
• Expertise in SQL and experience working with data warehouses.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required

• Experience with Git-based workflows.
