TL;DR

What you will do
- Install and configure software and applications on client machines.
- Coordinate with team members on large-scale software installation initiatives.
- Respond to client and partner inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Investigate and resolve application data errors and discrepancies using internal tools, SQL, and C# queries.
- Maintain case notes, manage a personal ticket queue, and escalate issues to team leaders.
- Deliver technical information and training, contribute to documentation, and support onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
- Experience or expertise in technical support or computer science.
- Customer service experience, particularly by phone or email.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate priorities with team leadership and support strategic partnerships.
