Senior Fund Accountant (Alternative Investments)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work

What you will do

• Own cash and position reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in fund records.
• Prepare expense schedules, including management fee and carried interest or performance fee calculations, and support investor allocations for NAV cycles.
• Deliver NAVs and client reporting accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines.
• Support quarterly and annual financial statements and contribute to the annual audit process.
• Act as a day-to-day operational contact for clients and build strong client relationships.
• Share knowledge, mentor junior colleagues, support client portfolio coverage, and contribute to process improvement projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of fund accounting experience in alternative investments, private equity, and/or private debt funds.
• Strong technical knowledge of fund structures, debt products, and waterfall calculations.
• Advanced Excel and strong fund accounting skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience with eFront.
• Experience with Geneva or Investran.
