Municipal Project Manager (Water Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage planning and design projects for municipal water, wastewater, streets, and drainage infrastructure.
• Lead engineering design, specifications, reports, work planning, design methods, and coordination with project owners.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineers and project teams throughout project development, including design workshops and contract documents.
• Manage project scopes, fees, contracts, progress reports, billings, financial reviews, quality control, and value engineering.
• Develop strategic relationships with Wyoming and Gillette-area municipal clients and support marketing and business development in the water market.
• Mentor staff in client management, marketing, project management, and technical delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience planning and designing municipal infrastructure projects, preferably water, wastewater, streets, and drainage systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to an employee-owned, collaborative culture.

• Experience with Microsoft Access.
