Finance Account Payable Officer

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia — onsite

What you will do

• Verify and review vendor payments, reimbursements, cash advances, and other payment documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure payments follow company procedures, contracts, supporting documentation, approval workflows, budgets, and financial controls.
• Prepare Journal Vouchers and record payment transactions accurately in the correct accounting period.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, aging payables, vendor payment status, and cash advance settlements.
• Review withholding tax documentation and coordinate with Procurement, Accounting, Tax, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain organized financial records for audits and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Tax Brevet A and B certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions used for financial analysis, reporting, and data processing.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and tax compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• Professional communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
