Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor process performance and production KPIs, including OEE, line spoilage, and operational performance.
• Analyze process data using statistical tools to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Develop and trial new technologies to support production quality and implement approved improvements.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, 5S, SMED, and other data analysis tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to control and measure equipment, methods, consumables, efficiencies, and spoilage.
• Collaborate with operators, mechanics, Quality, Technical Office, and Safety teams while following hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement principles, including SPC, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Project management skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other PC software.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and environmental rules.
