Gross annual salary: €30,000 or more, plus a collective variable incentive based on predetermined performance objectives.
Company
develops and manufactures cable and electrical systems and runs the five-year STEM IT Professional Development Program for STEM professionals.
What you will do
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to prevent defects and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Production and Technology teams on corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Maintain quality system documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate problem-solving activities for non-conformities.
- Support process and product validation, factory acceptance tests in the HV electrical laboratory, and external customer audits.
Requirements
- Technical background with knowledge of ISO 9001 and related quality standards.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and SPC methodologies.
- Data analysis skills and experience with reporting software.
- Experience managing audits and certification processes.
- Ability to analyze issues, propose effective solutions, organize cross-functional activities, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required for customer interactions and technical documentation.
