Senior Merchandise Planner (Fashion Ecommerce)

Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, California, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Develop and manage annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandise plans for assigned fashion categories.
• Partner with Re-Order teams to manage inventory across new, reorder, and core styles.
• Create pre-season assortment plans using historical and trend-based SKU productivity data.
• Analyze sales, inventory, margins, promotions, markdowns, price adjustments, and product launches.
• Collaborate with Site Merchandising to improve collection and landing pages, product views, and conversion.
• Prepare recurring reports and use quarterly category reviews to guide inventory, profit, and assortment decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Financial Planning, or a similar fashion or apparel role.
• Experience with Shopify as an e-commerce platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience analyzing data and recommending solutions based on insights.
• BA, BS, or equivalent work experience.
• English required; onsite availability in Beverly Hills required.
