Analyst, Replenishment Ordering

What you will do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonal trends, market insights, and statistical models.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models for demand fluctuations, run rates, lost sales, and safety stock needs.
• Optimize replenishment strategies, generate and review orders, and adjust ordering parameters based on sales, promotions, and business needs.
• Use suggested order quantities from Invent to create purchase orders in Bamboo Rose.
• Analyze inventory turnover, fill rates, stock levels, anomalies, and replenishment performance, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Planners, Allocation Analysts, and Suppliers on inventory strategy, forecasts, system enhancements, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with forecasting and inventory management software such as SAP, Blue Yonder, or Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
• Experience interpreting user stories and creating reports in platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Order Management System experience; Bamboo Rose experience is a plus.
• SQL, Python, or R experience.
