What you will do

• Forecast demand for businesses with 500–1,000 SKUs and annual sales of up to $200 million.
• Review inventory reports, performance metrics, product trends, and store-level results to recommend improvements.
• Set stock levels, develop replenishment plans, and optimize inventory across multiple warehouses.
• Compare actual sales with plan, adjust future flow plans, and identify slow-moving items for discontinuation or clearance decisions.
• Generate inventory performance reporting and partner with Data Science to transform manual datasets into Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and management to coordinate inventory strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn inventory systems quickly.
• Availability to work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
