Salary: $60,000–$78,000 annual base compensation.

What you will do

  • Develop inventory management strategies across Helly Hansen direct-to-consumer channels and product lines, including HH Workwear.
  • Define product and inventory strategies for stores and e-commerce to improve marketplace performance.
  • Analyze daily sales and inventory data, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver seasonal inventory analysis and communicate insights to optimize future seasons.
  • Recommend and execute product transfers between channels throughout each season.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, operations, marketing, site merchandising, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail allocation and inventory management.
  • Confidence with Excel and large dataset analysis.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-time-zone environment.
  • Ability to work in the Denver office approximately three days per week and travel 5–10%.
