Quality Inspector 3rd Shift

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

Compensation: $17.20–$31.90 per hour

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive product inspections using work instructions, checklists, drawings, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify non-conforming products and initiate Non-Conformance Reports.
• Verify that no active NCRs remain before completing product inspections.
• Use precision and non-precision gauges, meters, tools, and test equipment to determine product conformity.
• Prioritize inspection tasks to support operational efficiency and departmental delivery goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in quality processes; Quality Management System experience is preferred.
• One year of experience using precision metal fabrication measurement tools and techniques is preferred.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, paint mil gauges, hardness testers, CMMs, measuring tables, optical comparators, and functional testers.
• Ability to interpret and apply Quality System, ISO procedures, and related documentation.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, math and geometry skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use Microsoft Office.
