Location: Fairfield, New Jersey, USA; candidates must be based in New Jersey for this hybrid role, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. Travel up to 30% of the time.

Salary: USD 56,000–75,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage consumer product accounts, coordinate projects, and prepare service proposals.
• Promote testing, inspection, and certification services to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and develop client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Drive targeted revenue growth through strategic selling and market research for new product categories.
• Manage domestic and global client projects, negotiate fees and terms, and collect required documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, account management, operations, and laboratory teams to resolve order issues and meet client requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of client service or inside sales experience in a multinational organization.
• University degree or equivalent background, preferably in science, engineering, or business.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage targets, learn quickly, and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365, and LinkedIn.
