What you will do

• Develop process improvement solutions to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs.
• Support projects involving inventory management, supplier agreements, visual dashboards, and project management.
• Prepare and review daily and weekly activity reports, with approximately 70% of time focused on projects and key initiatives.
• Provide data for internal and external customers and support supply and demand planning improvements.
• Support business strategy through Oracle reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain professionals, and business partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Neenah, Wisconsin.
• Knowledge of or willingness to develop skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SQL, and related tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely, effectively, efficiently, and ethically.
